Markdown preview shortcuts seem to conflict.

If reporting a bug:

1. Can you describe the problem and bug in more detail? The shortcut for previewing markdown text seems to be the same as the one for saving a note on some highlighted text. As result, a common workflow for annotating websites doesn't work anymore. When I highlight some text and type in a note, hitting Ctrl+enter no longer saves the note. It just enables the markdown preview instead.

2. How can we replicate the issue? Highlight some text and try to annotate it.

3. Expected behavior (i.e. solution) Not sure here. I think a separate keyword for the markdown preview would work. Or perhaps an option to disable it?
