Column confusion on HTML File import bookmarks

If reporting a bug:

1. Can you describe the problem and bug in more detail?

In the "Import Bookmarks from other services" dialog, the values for the "Import time" and "Already saved in Memex" columns are swapped for "HTML File". See image, in which "Import time" reads "20225" and "Already saved in Memex" reads "~3 hours":

2. How can we replicate the issue?

Start to import bookmarks, choose "HTML File" and upload an HTML file.

3. Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

The "Import time" column should contain the import time (in the example above, "~3 hours").

The "Already saved in Memex" column shold contain the number of bookmarks already saved in Memex (in the example above, "20225").

4. Error stack (from extension crash page)

The extension was operating normally and had not crashed.

5. Other comments
