[Suggestion] Change `Enable Highlighter` to `Disable Highlighter` when it's enabled

The extension menu has an Enable Highlighter only on this page button. That's good, but what if I already have it enabled? Maybe then suggest disabling it? Same with the Open Sidebar button, by the way.
