in regard to the limitation of browser's local storage, how about configuring a self-hosted backend for the storage?

Hey @andrewchenshx!

We are already working on it although it will still take a bit. The first step we took is Storex Hub. It will allow us to move the entire storage logic outside of the browser. This would then also be self-hostable at some point.

Self-hosted, without my data going to a 3rd party, is what would seal this for me. Automatically downloading/archiving my browsing history/pages would be possible this way without privacy leaks.

Plus I can't use this extension on any work devices unless data is not being exfiltrated to a 3rd party.
