Where to suggest new words to be added

I'd like to know if there is any interface reserved for suggestions of new words to be added to SudachiDict. Using GitHub issues for this purpose doesn't seem very efficient and would probably be more annoying than anything.

Maybe creating something like Google Forms or Slack channel can serve as a substitute of Github issues (based on processes I have seen when I was employed by Works Applications).
