Port issues (specially on Mac os)

Change the default ports to unpopular ports like 3031, 5018, 9019, 9018. Current ports are usually used for development and testing and port 5000 is used for Apple Airplay, I needed to switch it off to run the docker.

I have the same issue. Changing the port in update-docker-env.sh and docker-compose.yml into for example 6001 did do the trick.
