What is "tawk" used for?

Hi, I've just installed Worklenz, and I noticed that except the backend and minio server, one of the services always called is "tawk".

Would you mind clarifying what is it needed for? Would it be possible adding option to disable it (e..g via .env.production in the frontend)?

Hi @C1C0 - It was initially used for customer support. We will remove it later
