Deprecate InstrumentationLibrary usages and use InstrumentationScope instead

With PR #87 is merged, it introduces the InstrumentationScope class that is intended to replace the InstrumentationLibrary class. We will want to consolidate the existing usages to leverage the InstrumentationScope class.
