Remove Deprecated Features

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are a few deprecations recorded where version 0.18.0 is called out as the version in which these will be removed. However, 0.18.0 is the current release version and the deprecated code is still there.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the deprecated code and increment to the next minor version.
