Dashicons: Missing link to this page.

I don't know if it's intentional but the homepage was the only way to get to the dashicons page. We no longer have that link.

Hi @WordPress/meta-design should we add a link somewhere on home?

Can we create instead a documentation page so you can find it through search? Even if it's just a proxy that gives high level information about the project, and then links onward to the separate icon test site?

Since Dashicons are deprecated, it would be best if we could avoid having it on the homepage.
