[Enhancement]: Adding more information about how to contribute to the Playground project

Describe the solution you'd like

The current documentation demonstrates how Playground can support contributions; however, we lack a guide on how to contribute to the project. This guide will be useful for members of the community who have a starting point at the contributor day.

The instructions can be included on the Contributing Day Page and a new page with a Table Lead Guide to support contributors to lead a table at the Contributor Day.
