Expanded filtering for the Meetup Applications page

The current filter on the page, while nice and works well, needs more options. I think being able to filter by Nation, State/Province/??? would make it easier to use. I am not sure it would be appropriate for this page but it might be useful to have sub-filters such as Area(s).

I think this would be great thing to do at the same time with WordCamp Central redesign.
