Consider required fields for multiple purchase tickets

Follow-up to #1400.

When a user is purchasing multiple tickets, and they don't know who the other ticket(s) will be used by, should all fields be non-mandatory?

Currently, the flow is only to remove first name last name and email, but should it cover any fields in the form?
