Positioning & formatting issues of Share on Social Media section

On WordCamp Central homepage, the way "Share this" section is currently positioned in not very intuitive, and the block itself is formatted inconsistently compared to the rest of the page.

Proposed positioning: to move the whole block with the icon, text and social media widgets below "Keep Reading" link, as it is more intuitive and user friendly.

Proposed formatting: to align the text with the loudspeaker icon (optional): to make it bold to match most other titles within the page (i.e. News, Global Community Sponsors)
