Add readme validator?

Would it be possible to also add the readme validator?

The themes has slightly different requirements for the readme though as it does not have multiple contributors or stable tag. 🤔

Same issue provided as feedback elsewhere.

We have a format for it. New authors generally miss this.

  • License of third-party resources used on theme. Resources for Google fonts, Font Awesome Icon, JS/CSS Libraries, Images and Icons.
  • Most of the new themes miss readme validator.https://wordpress.org/plugins/developers/readme-validator

There are also themes with empty readme.txt files being uploaded right now.
