wp-now: blueprints doesnt cache plugins/themes

I recognized that wp-now is using caching for WordPress / PHP versions but not for plugins / themes.

As long i don't use Blueprints wp-now will startup incredibly fast. But installing just a single plugin using a blueprint delays the startup time up to a few seconds.

It's probable because downloaded plugins/themes will not be cached during repeated calls to wp-now start.
