wp-now: preferred php version from blueprint.json will be ignored in wp-content mode

The preferred php version from blueprint will be ignored in wp-content mode.

If I use the wp-content mode and my blueprint.json contains

"preferredVersions": {
  "php": "8.3",
  "wp": "latest"
},

wp-now will ignore the php version :

Starting the server......
directory: ./packages/wp-content
mode: wp-content
php: 8.0
wp: latest
WordPress latest folder already exists. Skipping download.
SQLite folder already exists. Skipping download.

The workaround is to add --php=8.3 to the start command.
