"Source" filter presets

Description

Add a dropdown of "presets" above the sources list in the filter sidebar that automatically configures the sources to particular use cases.

Essentially, this would be a project to classify the sources with different tags describing the type of content they contain, and then showing a dropdown of those tags by which the sources can be automatically selected or deselected.

Alternatively or additionally, this could be expanded to all of the filters, and we could allow users to save and name their own filter presets to localstorage.
