Contributor Day/Sprints landing page
Description
We have a plethora of documentation for new contributors spread across our documentation site! #4138 aims to consolidate some of this, but often the level of documentation we have can be overwhelming for the Sprints/Contributor Day contribution case. On those days, contributors are looking to get themselves spun up and contribute their changes as quickly as possible.
Having single document we could use as a landing page for this case, or even for new contributors in general, might be helpful. The intention of this document would be to be as succinct as possible. E.g., content could look like this:

- Link to setup script (If #4137 exists)
