When initially creating a link out of plain text, allow it the option to open in a new tab
What problem does this address?
Currently when creating a link out of plain text, there is no initial option to open the link in a new tab. That option is enabled when editing an existing link. I am creating this feature request so that the steps to create an initial link that opens in a new tab is reduced and the experience improved.
What is your proposed solution?
I propose that when initially creating a link, the same options appear as when an existing link is edited. Such as:
I personally think that the flow can be more refined but might require design and UX changes. It would make sense to be able to add links with nofollow & newTab without having to manually edit each time.
