Create a new icon for widget areas

Description

In classic themes, the widget screen uses the "lego" block icon to represent widget areas. Of course, this is my opinion, but it makes the feature look like it is "under construction" or incomplete. I think it would be good to have a dedicated icon for the widget areas.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Activate a classic theme like Twenty Twelve. Open the widget screen from the WordPress admin.
