Tracking contributions: receiving special access

When a user is granted special access (eg as a bug gardener in Trac, moderator on the forums), would it make sense to add an item to their profile's activity stream mentioning it?

Similar to the "Received Props" messages. It could even be done manually using props as part of a team's process for granting access to stuff, but if it's easy to implement then maybe it's worth building in as an automatic thing.

I think that'd be good, but I'd put automating it low on the priority list, since it's not a frequent thing and we're gonna have a lot of things to add.
