Team Pledges: Link to Slack user for convenience
Adding a link to Slack profiles could make it more convenient to contact contributors.
Current:

Proposed (rough idea):

On Team Pledges pages (e.g., Community), we currently link to each person's w.org profile.
The primary purpose of the page is to help team members reach out to potential contributors, though, which will most likely be done through Slack. Currently the team member would have to open the link to a contributor's profile in order to get their Slack username, and then manually search Slack for that username.
We could remove several steps from that process by adding a link to someone's Slack profile next to the link to their w.org profile.
For example: https://wordpress.slack.com/team/U02RR5XDA will open Adam's profile. We have the data stored in the slack_users.slack_id
table. Slack already exposes it publicly, so there's no privacy concern.
