Tutorial on integrating custom blocks with Write mode

@troychaplin thanks for volunteering for reviews. First I need to add this issue to the list of articles that still need a writer. Now that "content-only editing" (formerly Write Mode) was punted to WordPress 7.0, we got a little time to figure out how such an article could come together.
