Thanks @estelaris. However we need the meta ticket to be completed first, so that complete links can be formed such as make.wordpress.org/docs/style/punctuation/commas. Then we would have to embed these complete links as internal links. Ticket: https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5432
