Do we need a whitepaper PDF at all?

Looking at Drupal, the last update was March 2014: https://www.drupal.org/drupal-security-team/security-track-record#s-additional-information, can the information be put into an easily updatable format, that might solve some of the challenges around language updates too, like #56.

I concur that having the PDF included in the repo is a pain for maintainability. It should either be removed completely or we should add a build step which generates the PDFs from the HTML files.
