It seems the content creator is simply recording a screencast to guide the audience in replicating the steps to access different color options, in that case proper voice instruction is not needed.

It seems that the author shared the video without sound on purpose As you can see in the image above, there is a brief description accompanying the video (or to be more precise, a screencast, as @Nikita-Desai-WP pointed out in the comment above). It is positioned under the video, but can be easily missed.

I agree that recreating and uploading the video with the sound would be the best solution, but if this is not an option, maybe we can make the description text more visible by converting it to a visible paragraph?
