Notes

1. We are not adding detailed updates for the Block settings - Typography, Color, Layout, Dimension and Border and for the More Options setting in the block toolbar. Pls mention the settings included for the block and link to the detailed settings pages instead.
2. Some of the PRs have great videos that can be added to the article.

Block Styles

The File Block offers the following block-level Styles:

1. Color
2. Dimensions
3. Border

Color

You can change the background color, link color, and link hover color.

You can add padding and margins to the top, bottom, left, and right.

I was unable to directly upload the videos for color and borders here, so I have uploaded them to Google Drive and added links. Could somebody please help me with this? Is there a file size limit on video uploads? How do I take care of this next time?

I'd like to suggest a two more updates to the "Transform to:" section in the File block documentation. I'm adding them here, but in case that's not okay and I should create a separate issue, please let me know 🙏

1. What to update: The text and image illustrating "File Block Transform To" options

   Suggested update: Replace image with below image and update text to "When you click on the Transform button you can convert the File block into a Group, Columns, Image, or Details block.

   Reason: File Block can be transformed to "Details" too, which is currently missing.

2. What to update: The text "The Group gives you the ability to change the background color around the File block." and the image below the text.

   Suggested update: Update text to "Selecting Transform to -> Group will nest the File Block under a parent Group block and give you the ability to change the background color around the File block."

   Reason: To better illustrate that by transforming to Group, we can add another color around the File Block too, besides being able to set a color for the Styles -> Color -> Background block level style.
