What is the next step to add this Navigation that you just created in the Site Editor? I have tried editing the template part: Header but when I add the Navigation block, it is empty. Where is the Navigation that we just created and how can I add it to the Navigation block?

Why is this a problem?

Please add this response to the user query.

1. Create a Navigation Menu:

  • In the Site Editor, navigate to Appearance > Editor.
  • Locate the Navigation section, typically found under Pages or Template Parts.
  • Create a new navigation menu by adding links to pages, categories, or custom items as needed.

2. Add the Navigation Block:

  • Once the menu is created, open the relevant template part where you want to display it (e.g., the Header template part).
  • Insert the Navigation block in the desired location to integrate the menu seamlessly into your site.

3. Assign the Navigation Menu:

  • After inserting the Navigation block, click on it to open its settings in the sidebar.
  • Under the Select Menu dropdown, choose the navigation menu you created earlier.
  • If the dropdown is empty, ensure that your navigation menu was saved correctly and is available for selection.

4. Save and Preview:

After making changes, save your settings and preview the site to confirm that the navigation menu appears as expected.

If the Navigation block is still empty, try the following:

  • Confirm that the menu has been saved and published successfully.
  • Check the Navigation block settings to ensure it's linked to the correct menu.
  • Clear any caching plugins or browser cache that might be preventing updates from appearing.
