Broken and missing screenshots (mostly block pages)

Issue Description

Several documentation pages have broken images or should be updated.

• What is a Gravatar? : There's a missing / broken video.
• Cover Block : The images feature WordPress 6.3; maybe they should be updated to be more neutral.

Just noting that these all have images from hotlinked from googleusercontent.com which indicates they were Google docs. Including this domain here for search purposes.
