Under Open location first image is outdated in WordPress 6.5 as it no longer has "open in new tab" option. This option is only available in advanced menu so following image is still up to date:

Adding links video is showcasing following editing view when using insert a hyperlink with the link icon (or ctrl+k shortcut):

Currently insert hyperlink view does not have cancel or save buttons and it is missing the settings icon which was previously located at the bottom left corner:

The current images have the ALT attributes.

Current headings are in sentence case.
