Issue Description

I'm subscribed to blogs that post to WordPress via the WP.com subscription service, however, I get the following error when trying to subscribe to make.wordpress.org/docs email updates

Why is this a problem?

Can't subscribe to email updates on make.wordpress.com/docs, but it appears I can subscribe to other WordPress.com powered websites for email updates

Suggested Fix

Is this an outdated form? When I check the box to pause email subscriptions, I'm still able to try to subscribe to WP Tavern

• [ ] Update subscription form on make.wordpress.org/docs page

I don't recall changing this setting, but it was changed in my admin. The page is located in the WordPress.com email notification settings page
