Add under "Controlling moderation":

Comment Moderation Emails

When using comment moderation, you can enable the ability to receive email notices when a comment is held for moderation. Under "Settings > Discussion > Email me whenever", selecting the checkbox for "A comment is held for moderation" will send email(s) when a comment is awaiting moderation. These notices will be sent to the author of the post (author role) and the administrator of the site.
