Unrelated publicly editable Google Docs link on the WordPress configuration page on oEmbed

On the page oEmbed in the Changelog section, the second item (here in code) is linked to a currently empty Google Docs document titled "Valentine's Day" that is editable by the public. My guess is that the document used to contain relevant information about oEmbed but this is no longer the case. I would suggest to remove the link and/or the item.
