Error while training for segmentation

Hello, I am having an error while trainining for segmention like this: all the input arrays must have same number of dimensions, but the array at index 0 has 1 dimension(s) and the array at index 1 has 3 dimension(s) it does some epochs like 30, sometimes less and then gives this error.
