no .exe in the file?

i cannot see this .exe that im supposed to use what is the name?

it is originsteamoverlaylauncher.exe, did you download the source code instead of the release?

On Github, the released software is available on the right side of the main page under "Releases". The download at the top of the page is the source code, the actual code of the project.
