Rework TweakBrowser

Use RedTreeView instead of RedType view Pro:

• Allows showing Arrays and stuff, which is currently just blank Cons:
• Nothing, since its read only anyways. No need for a editor here

Add copy support for more types

• TweakDBID (copy the id itself, not the referenced value)
• CString
• ...

Maybe extend the GroupTags to also show flats which are tied to it

Other ideas are welcome
