UI - changing relativePositions value on root isn't reflected on sub value displays

Describe the bug Changing relativePositions value on root isn't reflected on sub value displays, probably lacking a refresh. See screenshot.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any npc ent (I'm using asian_ma.ent for example)
2. In components find entEffectSpawner and open effectDescs until you see relativePositions
3. Click on relativePositions and edit the values on the right
4. Expand the sub displays, see that they aren't refreshed

Expected behavior Sub displays are refresh and reflect the values changed

Version (please complete the following information): Tested on 8.11.2-nightly.2023-11-14
