Reaction summary web component

PoC web component for the reaction summary. The current version has 3 remaining issues:

[ ] No access to language variables within the web component.
[ ] No access to style variables within the web component (text color).
[ ] Missing button tooltip (no support for jsTooltip within web components).

Note: This should be based against the master branch, but currently relies on the WebComponent implementation that is only available in font-awesome-6.
