Option to re-add URL parameters during redirect

For matomo campaigns, the URL parameters pk_campaign and pk_kwd are used. Unfortunately, are these lost during redirects, resulting in the campaign visit not being logged.

For this occasion, it would be helpful to have an option to be able to re-add URL parameters, for example with an event or a general ACP option with a configurable list of parameters which should be preserved.
