(Partially) integrate the Plugin-Store into the admin panel

• [ ] Show case featured plugins
• [ ] Highlight optional plugins that build upon already installed plugins.
• [ ] Browse the categories with files being automatically filtered for the installed version.
• [ ] Install purchased plugins directly from the list, also prevents incorrect versions being manually downloaded from the store page.
