More user-friendly management of user profile fields

[ ] Better explain field types
[ ] Default value input depending on the selected field type (e.g. a datepicker could be displayed for the field type "date")
[ ] Show input field for select options only for relevant field types
[ ] Make selection of the outputClass more user-friendly
