Improve list of authentication failures

  • [x] add new database column to store the failure type (unknown username, invalid password)
  • [x] show the failure type as text in the list
  • [ ] add options to filter the list
  • [ ] Maybe log multi-factor failures (https://github.com/WoltLab/WCF/issues/3395#issuecomment-734788034, #4361)

Multi-factor authentication failures (c|sh)ould possibly be logged as well.
