Can you update to WolfyUtilities 4.16.1.0 and try it again? https://github.com/WolfyScript/WolfyUtils-Spigot/releases/tag/v4.16.1.0 I think that should fix it.

In this log, it only affects the default recipes. Are other recipes impacted by that error too?
