Possible duplication on anvil (the target quantity doesn't match the items placed in)

What happened?

the number of items obtained is greater than the number of items inserted. In addition, the last item can be obtained without inserting item to second slot. In my situation, items reguired is:

• 1 item on first slot
• 32 items on second slot
• 1 output item In these situation, I can take 3 items from 3+64

How can the bug be reproduced?
