Per World Recipes & One Time per world craft recipe

The Problem

Hey, this plugin is really great! It would be awesome if you could add a per-world recipe system, allowing mini-game servers, like Battle Royale servers, to offer players the ability to craft items specific to each game. Additionally, it would be fantastic if recipes could be set to be available only once per world, making them uncraftable after they've been used.
