Working Discord Link and Instructions Update

The Problem

There is no working link to the discord anywhere that I can find so I'm creating this ticket. Would also love to see some instruction on how to use the /wui command as nothing I type is accepted, including prefilling the fields. I cannot find any instruction on how this works on the wiki and as mentioned above cannot find a working link to the discord.

Solution

Update the discord links with fresh links. Add additional instruction to the wiki.
