NBT is ignored in the Crafter Block

What happened?

Recipes which cannot be crafted inside the Workbench due to NBT check failure, do work in the Crafter Block.

How can the bug be reproduced?

Create a Recipe with an NBT Item as Ingredient.

For example, Ominous Bottle 1 as Ingredient and Ominous Bottle 2 as Result:

Try crafting in a normal Workbench (works as intended):

Now try the same in the Crafter (should not work, but works..):

Expected Behaviour?

The recipe should not work in the Crafter like in the Workbench.
