Currently only armorStandVisibility & invisibleItemFrames are listed in config.yml

Since the permission node refactor adding other permission toggles here would make sense.

additionally informing admins that these override all specific set permissions to ranks & users.

A QOL improvement, no need for alternatives as it does not affect normal plugin functionality.
