[Feature Request] Synchronized mods reordering with official launcher

I have 100+ mods and reordering them using the official launcher is an uncomfortable exercise of masochism. Therefore, a tool like this should offer an easier way to reorder mods that does a better job than the official PDX launcher.

I am pretty sure that is basically what the "merge mods" tab is for.
